Does EFT really work?
Yes it does! Granted the procedure looks and feels strange at first; it also requires you to look at your issues in a different way and there are even claims of “one minute wonders” which seem too far fetched and unbelievable, but it is true – if you tap certain energy meridian points on your face and upper body whilst you are “tuned into your issue”, the negative feelings just start to disappear, leaving you free to move on with your life.
What is it used for?
EFT is remarkable in that it can be applied to just about any emotional situation – fears, anger issues, abuse or simply for the challenges of every day life. It has shown impressive results in the treating:

So if this EFT is “so simple I can do it myself”, why do I need to see a you?
It is true – the mechanics of EFT are so simple that even a child can learn it. However, you need to work with a practitioner to guide you through the process. Deep rooted, long held traumatic issues are particularly hard to get to all by yourself – I would be working with you to skilfully get to the root of your issues, minimising the emotional fall-out that these issues can trigger. I am known for my warm and intuitive style and pride myself on making my clients feel at ease during a session..
How many sessions will I need?
EFT produces results quickly – some issues will shift in minutes but others can take longer – especially those that are multi-layered and have been with you since childhood. It depends – phobias and specific traumatic memories can often be dealt with in the first session but other issues, like abuse, divorce, low self esteem for example, that have many aspects to them, may take a few sessions to clear completely. You can be rest assured that you will see noticeable changes occur during each session.
I recommend a minimum of 2 sessions to begin with. In addition, I will teach you how to use EFT for yourself so that you will be armed with the technique, giving you the skills to deal with how you feel at any time – anyplace and anywhere. It will be a bit like walking around with your own emergency emotional first aid kit!
Because EFT shows you a new way of dealing with your problems and negative issues, they do not have to take months or years to resolve as popularly believed – many people, report seeing and feeling huge changes after just one session!
