What is the Theory behind EFT?

How does EFT work?

The Origins of EFT
EFT is relatively new - it was brought to life by an American called Gary Craig back in 1995 and its roots are in Chinese Acupuncture. It is a simplified version of its forerunner, TFT (Thought Field Therapy) which was created by a Psychiatrist called Dr Roger Callahan.
